2025 Annual General Meeting - How to Register
The South Simcoe Theatre's 2025 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. This year’s meeting will again be a hybrid meeting - you can attend either in person or via Zoom. The meeting will include reports on the 2024-25 season, our financial status, a vote for new board members, and an opportunity to have questions answered.


PLAYWRIGHTS WANTED! Call for Submissions
Playwrights are invited to submit plays for consideration - sketches, monologues or full-length plays are accepted. Please submit the script in .PDF form. Preference will be given to playwrights from Simcoe County and Ontario. Submissions from outside of Canada cannot be accepted.


Musical Audition Workshop with Instructor Debbie Collins
This is intended to be an informative workshop environment, and perfectly polished pieces are not expected. We are all learning here, and I always walk away from these workshops learning more than the students! Participants are asked to prepare or begin working on two contrasting pieces. Examples of contrasting pieces would be a ballad and an up-tempo, or classic musical theatre and pop music, or different periods of music eg. 50’s and current, or classical/opera and anythin
