The South Simcoe Theatre's 2023 Annual General Meeting

The South Simcoe Theatre's 2023 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 30th at 10:30 a.m.

This year’s meeting will be a hybrid meeting - you can attend either in person or via Zoom. The meeting will include reports on the 2022-23 season, our financial status, a vote for new board members, and an opportunity to have questions answered.

If you wish to attend IN PERSON and vote at the AGM:

1. Send an email stating you will attend in person to info@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com and wish to be able to vote.

2. Coffee, tea, muffins and bagels will be served at the in person meeting.

3. You will receive your membership form and guidebook at the door. Doors open at 9:30am. Please arrive no later than 10:15am to allow time for paperwork completion. Payment for your membership may be made at the door via cash, e-transfer, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Membership fees are $30 for an individual, $50 for a family, or $20 for a student

** NB: If you participated ONLY in Four Play in June 2023 and paid your membership at that time, this represents payment of your 2023-24 membership.

If you wish to attend VIA ZOOM and vote at the AGM:

1. Send an email stating you will attend via Zoom to info@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com and wish to be able to vote.

2. E-transfer your 2023-24 fee of $30 for an individual, $50 for a family, or $20 for a student to BoxOffice@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com or mail a cheque payable to The South Simcoe Theatre to the address below, to be received no later than Wednesday, September 20th.

3. If you are attending via Zoom, a membership form and SST Members’ Guidebook will be e-mailed to you. Please ensure that you complete the membership form and return it to SST to info@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com or to the mailing address below.

4. Once your membership dues have been received, you will receive the Zoom link and meeting agenda prior to the meeting. Only members who have paid their 2023-24 membership dues are able to vote on matters at the AGM.

** NB: If you participated ONLY in Four Play in June 2023 and paid your membership at that time, this represents payment of your 2023-24 membership.

If you wish to attend the AGM only (no voting privileges) either in person or via Zoom:

1. RSVP to info@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com no later than September 20th, 2022. Non-voting attendees via Zoom will receive the Zoom link and meeting agenda prior to the meeting. In person attendees will receive the agenda at the meeting.

We are looking for new Board Members to join us for a 2-year term. We have 3 positions available. Our goal is to have a full slate of officers (9) for the 2023-24 season and beyond.
